What is Clashdle Buildings?

Clashdle Buildings is the daily Clash of Clans defence guessing game: one hidden defensive building per day out of 19, identified from seven columns including its footprint size and what it can shoot at. New defence every day at 00:00 UTC.

How Buildings mode scores your guess

  1. Guess any Clash of Clans defensive building — Cannon, Inferno Tower, Scattershot, Monolith and the rest of the defence roster.
  2. Seven columns are scored: Target, Damage Type, Size, Resource, Range, Attack Speed and Town Hall unlock.
  3. Size is the building's footprint in tiles (3×3, 4×4…) and behaves as a numeric column with ▲/▼ arrows.
  4. Green means an exact match, red means a miss. Keep guessing until the defence is found.

Reading a defence by its footprint

Buildings mode rewards village-layout knowledge rather than army knowledge. Size is the column most players underuse: almost every 4×4 defence is a late Town Hall unlock, while 3×3 covers most of the early game. Target separates ground-only defences (Cannon, Mortar) from air-only (Air Defence) and both (Archer Tower, Wizard Tower). Damage Type splits single-target from splash, and Resource shows whether the defence was bought with Gold, Elixir or Dark Elixir — a strong hint at which update introduced it.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Open with a mid-Town-Hall defence like the Wizard Tower: it sits mid-range on Size, Range and Attack Speed, so every arrow you get back is meaningful.
  • Use the Size arrow early. Narrowing to 4×4 removes most of the roster in one move.
  • Players often forget that some defences change targeting mode between levels — Clashdle always uses the building's base targeting.
  • Do not confuse Range with Radius. Radius belongs to Spells mode; defences use Range.
